It depends on the complexity & size of your request and the sculptor you choose. Some sculptors can finish within 30 days for smaller requests (such as table-top sculptures), and some may take up to several years.

There are several sculptors on MadeMay of varying prices. The total cost incorporates the size & details of your project, sculptor’s time & expertise to create it, materials, and shipping.

There are several shipping options. In some instances, the sculptor will deliver & install the sculpture himself/herself.
In other instances, a special shipping carrier will be arranged.
Whichever option we choose, your sculpture will be packaged & transmitted with utmost care and we take all steps to ensure it arrives perfectly & unharmed during transit.
The first step is determining who the right sculptor is for the job.
In most cases, the sculptor you choose will first create a miniature clay model of your soon-to-be sculpture. This is to ensure the theme is the way you like it - it includes considerations such as: pose, position, proportions, style, and more. During this phase, there is often a lot of communication between the sculptor & client to make sure the creative details are correct.
Once you provide the green light on the mini version, then the actual thing will be created.
There are many ways to create a sculpture and your sculptor will walk with you through the details each step of the way.
Some sculptures are ready to display once you open the package, such as a table-top sized sculpture.
Other sculptures, particularly larger ones, will require installation. During the early stages, and before the first payment is collected, we will discuss what the best option might be depending on your request.
