It depends on the category and complexity. Timelines range from 1 week (candles) to 8+ weeks (large sculptures or furniture). Each artisan lists their typical timeline.
Minor changes can be discussed with your artisan through messaging. Major changes after a milestone is approved may affect pricing and timeline.
You approve the final delivery, the artisan receives their payment, and a Project Story is automatically generated for both of you to share.
Yes. You can opt out of having your project appear as a public Project Story. The project will still be visible in your personal dashboard.
If an artisan does not respond within 7 days, you can flag the project. If no response after flagging, you can escalate to a dispute.
